Leo
has lived in Jupiter Farms since 1976. He graduated
from Jupiter High School and then joined the Jupiter Fire
Department, working as a firefighter for the next 25 years
of his life. He built his first home in Jupiter Farms
in 1980. Leo was the Broker and Owner of Jupiter Farms
Realty in the 1990's and now is the Owner and Broker of

Jupiter Farms has its own mall which features a Publix
grocery store, banks, restaurants, medical offices,
animal vet and more! The neighborhood has its
own public elementary school and a park with playing
fields and play grounds. There are plenty of trails
for riding horses and walking your dog! On the Eastern
border of Jupiter Farms is the Riverbend Park that features
miles of waterways and fifteen miles of bicycle trials
have been carved into over 680 acres of diverse marsh
and subtropical terrain. You can bicycle through
cypress hammocks, orange groves, swamp areas and over
bridges. You can come across all types of wildlife
like deer, wild turkey, birds of prey and all types
of small animals. Jupiter Farms is a few minutes
from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, which makes traveling
and commuting to and from work very easy. Jupiter
Farms is eight miles from the beach. Jupiter has
many types of beaches, from ones with life guards or
more quieter beaches. We have a great Inlet with
lots of boat ramps and have great fishing because of
the closeness to the Gulfstream. Jupiter Farms

While
trying to decide on the best career for myself,
I came across Jupiter’s Best Realty through
fellow hockey teammates Leo Koski and Jon
Highbridge. Combined, they share nearly 60 years
of experience in Real Estate, which is great
resource for me as I get established in Real
Estate. I am also a member of the Jupiter,
Tequesta, Hobe Sound Board of Realtors.
What I bring to the table is I am young,
ambitious, energetic, and passionate about
helping people meet their needs. I grew up in a
generation surrounded by computers, which is a
major benefit because it enables me to conduct
research and marketing in a variety of ways. It
is my goal to be among the top Realtors under 30
in the Jupiter area by next year.
I was raised in the beautiful city of
Anchorage, Alaska, and moved to sunny Florida in
2003 to attend Florida State University. I
graduated from FSU in the summer of 2007 with a
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
Following graduation from FSU, I began attending
a distance graduate school program through the
University of Alaska while assuming the Head
Coach position of the FSU Seminoles Ice Hockey
team. I coached the hockey team for the
2007-2008 season with a record of 10-8-0 which
was the first winning season of the team’s 11
year history. I moved to the Jupiter area in the
spring of 2008 and absolutely love it here. I
enjoy the outdoors and have found that there is
a large variety of activities in the Jupiter
area, from canoeing in the wilderness of River
Bend Park, to lying out at Juno beach. There is
even Major League Baseball through out the
spring at Roger Dean Stadium in the Abacoa Town
Center.

and Masters Degree in Public Administration. He
has been a property owner in Jupiter since 1989.
Craig originally joined Jupiter Farms Realty in

I was born and raised in Palm Beach County (as was
my father before me). I have seen many changes
over the years, but one constant has been the Jupiter
Farms community. Having lived in “The Farms”
since 1984 (my wife of over 28 years – since the
mid ‘70s), I find it a truly wonderful place to
raise a family. We have had the pleasure of
watching our four children flourish in the public
school system (3 of them have graduated – all in
the top 10 percent of their classes). There
are very few communities that afford you all that
Jupiter Farms does. There is plenty enough
space for playing, horses, gardening, and parking
recreational vehicles. Jupiter Farms is a
quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of life.
There is abundant wildlife in “The Farms”.
Many days, I took my kids fishing in the canal system
that runs throughout the neighborhood. We’ve
seen herons, red-tail hawks, wood ducks, owls, foxes,
squirrels, and even a bald eagle.
For the past 29 years, I have served locally
as firefighter and I enjoy spending my free time
fishing, hunting, air boating, or just hanging out
with my family.
